Our premium beans are sourced from high altitude estates in the world's finest growing regions. Dante's blend is a combination of Brazilian Santos, Sumatra Mandheling, New Guinea, Colombian with a small proportion of Costa Rican.

Dante's blend is a two phase blend comprising dark and medium dark roasts to provide a delightful caramel character with strong earthy coffee notes.

The dark medium beans have a slight oil on the finish, are of consistent appearance and deliver a constant taste profile.

Botticelli's blend is a combination of Brazilian Santos, Sumatra Mandheling, New Guinea, Colombian with a small proportion of Costa Rican.

It is a single phase blend roasted to a medium finish with a lighter mouth feel, but with the rich syrupy tones characteristic of the Caffè Firenze range. With a slightly higher acidity, the crema is slightly lighter but carries a buttery coffee taste.

Fillipo's blend is a combination of Brazilian Santos, Sumatra Mandheling, New Guinea, Colombian with a proportion of Indian high grade robusta for additional body. It is a single blend comprising light roasting beans to provide a delightfully light but rich flavoured coffee.
