 The Smith/Slater families have owned and managed Longbench on Darby since 2007, having previously been successful in the hospitality industry in both the Newcastle and Riverina areas. Chef, Mark Slater, has created a Modern Australian menu which encompasses all types of cuisines, giving clients a range of opportunities for the complete dining experience.
