Situated in the centre of Darby Street is Longbench on Darby, a 120 seat café providing a very casual, relaxed atmosphere and furnished with modern décor. The clientele is mixed, from students to retirees drawn from the local area, and business people from the many professional offices which operate in the Darby Street Precinct.

Chef, Mark Slater, has created a Modern Australian menu which encompasses all types of cuisines, giving clients a range of opportunities for the complete dining experience.
