 Matt,
Chaddies' barista, takes a great deal of pride in the quality and
presentation of his coffees. Anne's focus for the past year has
been to improve coffee sales which has been achieved through Barista
training, and the purchase of a new UNIC espresso machine.
"I have clients that have come here looking for the Belaroma
brand and are continuing to enjoy our excellent coffee, food and
hospitality."
Such attention to detail has seen Chaddies presented with a Chamber of Commerce Excellence Award.

Located
in a leafy courtyard in the main street of New Lambton is the recently
renovated Chaddies on Regent. Anne Callan bought the café four
years ago and has continued to attract a broad client base to the
popular indoor/outdoor eatery. It is a place where families are welcomed
along with local business people, and also retirees who have the time
to enjoy the relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The
café caters for up to 66 people and is open Monday to Saturday,
offering a breakfast menu, café style lunches and sweet treats.
A blackboard menu provides some further options and is changed on
a monthly basis.
