Absolute Espresso Services Gold Coast is a partnership
between Maurizio and Natalie Roselli who between them have a wealth
of knowledge and 15 years international experience in the hospitality
industry. Maurizio's experience has ranged from food and beverage
attendant and restaurant manager to owner and manager of a successful
pizzeria business and Account Manager for a major Italian coffee
roaster.
After relocating to Australia, he secured the rights
to distribute the Belaroma brand of coffee covering The Gold Coast
and the North Eastern NSW Coast as far as Ballina.
Natalie currently administers the business activities of Absolute
Espresso Services, drawing on her industry experience as a food
and beverage attendant and restaurant manager and utilising her
strong administrative skills gained from her roles as Personal Assistant
to several Managing Directors.
In July 2007, they opened the Baristacrat Coffee Centre, a showroom and training centre to display and promote excellent coffee product and to develop top barista skills.
On a personal level, the Rosellis have a strong awareness of environmental
protection issues and embrace every opportunity where practicable
to minimise environmental impact. Both in the office and at home,
they use environmentally friendly products and practise extensive
recycling.
